In order for us to successfully apply for your complimentary rent guarantee insurance on your behalf, we have to ensure that your Tenant passes our rigorous investigative checks including confirming their last 3 years address history and whether or not they are on the Electoral Register.
We also carry out credit and background checks, including:
- Number f County Court Judgements (CCJs) and total amount owed
- Date of the most recent CCJ and notice of correction
- Bankruptcy/IVA order and history including satisfaction date(s)
- Number of satisfied CCJs
